These terms govern your use of the Player Driven website at playerdriven.io and any associated services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by them.

The Service

Player Driven publishes editorial content (articles, podcasts, livestreams, video, cohort-based workshops) and a learning credential program (the Academy). Most of the content is freely available. Some features (Academy enrollment, member areas) may require account registration.

Your content

If you submit content (e.g. comments, applications, sponsor inquiries, podcast pitches), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the Service. You retain ownership of your content and can request its removal at any time.

Our content

All editorial content on the Service (articles, transcripts, audio, video, the Academy curriculum) is copyrighted by Player Driven or its contributors. You may link to, quote (with attribution), and share content for non-commercial use. Commercial reuse, republishing, or training AI models on our content requires written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, harass other users, scrape content at scale, or attempt to circumvent paywalls or rate limits. We may suspend access for anyone violating this.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Editorial content is opinion + reporting, not professional advice. The Academy is a learning program, not an accredited educational institution. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and on the homepage banner. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
